Meet Lee
Hi, I’m Lee Buchin — the recipe developer, writer, and food photographer behind Lee’s Supper Club. With a Master’s degree in Architecture, I spent years designing everything from residential kitchens to large-scale hospitals. But long before my architecture career, my love for cooking was already simmering in the kitchen while cooking alongside my dad.
Food has always been my love language — a way to connect, share, and bring people together. That belief is at the heart of Lee’s Supper Club. For me, hosting a dinner party or supper club is about more than just the meal. It’s about curating a complete experience from the menu to the perfect flowers, dishware, music, and decor. Every detail adds up to something special. Entertaining at home doesn’t need to feel intimidating. Through Lee’s Supper Club, I aim to demystify the art of hosting and encourage you to throw your own dinner parties with confidence and joy.
My recipes are often inspired by my travels. Whether it's a dish I tasted in Italy, a spice I found at a market in Thailand, or a texture that lingered in my mind long after the trip. I come home from every adventure ready to recreate and reimagine those flavors in my own kitchen. I currently live in Cleveland, Ohio with my husband Alex and our German shepherd, Artemis. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find me out in nature, roller skating, or practicing the violin — all the things that keep me grounded and inspired.

What's a supper club? And how is it different from a dinner party?
A supper club is a recurring, curated dining experience that is more intimate than a restaurant, yet more structured than a casual dinner party. Unlike a dinner party, which is typically a one-time event for friends or family, a supper club brings a sense of rhythm, intention, and community to the table.
Lee’s Supper Club is my way of inviting you in. You'll get an inside look at the recipes, ambiance, and hosting tips I use for my regular supper clubs at home, so you can bring the experience to your own table.

Xoxo, Lee
